    Terrible. I took my dog Daisy in for a sore eye and my sons cat Boots as she was loosing weight. We saw Sara Tijon. She has no bed side manner to put it mildly. Miss Boots was in a lot of pain from arthritis. There were no soothing words just heavy handedness. We agreed to have blood work done to see it she had an infection and also a urinalysis. We were told they would be 45 minutes to take her blood etc. So we went for lunch and took Daisy for a pee break. Boots was not a happy pussy cat. Sara said she had trouble with her. She gave us pain meds and told us Boots had bad Kidneys so she could not take in any protein and nothing could be done for her. Daisy was given antibiotic drops for her eye. Daisy and Boots are very loving animals. The dislike for this vet are well warranted. She was cold and impersonal to my husband and my self. I went to stay in the car with the animals while my husband paid the bill. What a shock I got when I looked at the bill when we got home. For the two animals the bill was $501.09. The vet had added on numerous additional tests without our knowledge. Even charging us for the complementary free first time visit. The pain pills made the cat really ill so much so she fell off the back of the sofa. It took till 3p.m. the next day for her to walk properly. I did get my money back for the FREE visit exam and I insisted on a refund for the pain pills. Upon talking to a neighbour they had been over charged they same as I was and would never go back again and neither will we.
